With a specialized focus on delivery systems, advanced manufacturing processes, and Six Sigma methodologies, Mr. Gamez drives TAG3’s commitment to high standards in medical device design and production.
His career includes pivotal roles in new product development at Cordis/Johnson & Johnson and research and development in endovascular stent-grafts at Medtronic.

Scott has a robust background in product design, development, R&D to production transfer, manufacturing process innovation, and supply chain management. With deep expertise in machining and metrology, Mr. Arp has been instrumental in the success of several start-up ventures, including Medcanica, Innovia, and Syntheon, where he played a key role in designing and developing medical devices.
His contributions have led to acquisitions by major industry players such as Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Johnson & Johnson, and Stryker. His innovative work continues to drive improvements in product development and manufacturing processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical devices to market.
Damian Tomlin

Damian specializes in project management and product development within the medical device sector. With experience as Project Manager and Product Development Engineer at Cordis Neurovascular and CR Bard Corporation, Mr. Tomlin has successfully led the development of numerous implantable and single-use medical devices from concept through to commercialization.
His expertise also includes managing cross-functional teams of internal and remote associates, along with external suppliers, ensuring cohesive collaboration and successful project outcomes.
His ability to navigate complex projects and foster effective teamwork has been vital in bringing innovative medical solutions to market, enhancing patient care and outcomes.
